The BasicsEdit

Frost dragons are mid-high level Monsters, as they have a combat level of 166. They are very popular monsters and they drop Frost Dragon Bones. These bones are currently the best type of bones (for Prayer xp), but they are also the most expensive. Frost Dragons are located deep in the wilderness at Ice Plateau. This is considered a dangerous area as players who kill the Frost Dragons in the Ice Plateau are up in the 40+ wilderness, making it a long route back to teleport-friendly wildy zones if a Pker attempts to kill you. Thus, it is highly recommended to bring a Pak Yak (96 Summoning req.) in order to bank bones, last longer at the Plateau and bank any expensive items if you are being attacked by another player.

Other locations that contain Frost Dragons are the Members cave (members only) and a couple Frost Dragons are located at East Wilderness along with a few Green Dragons. A Player can gain over 28m an inventory (if collected 28 bones). The average price of a frost dragon bone can vary between 1 - 1.5m depending on the supply/demand rates.
